Symptoms:
An alert indicating an incorrect number of detected batteries.
Troubleshooting Steps:
Was the HW staged or was there a BB RMA? If yes, you will need to delete the spurious devices in the Installer App. Previously connected devices can be remembered by the HC and show in the app as spurious or "ghost" devices. The device will have a red fault icon and can be removed from the devices list in the app.
Alternatively, review the site data to determine the reason for the discrepancy (too many or too few batteries).
Consider attempting a firmware update if the site has too few batteries.
