Symptoms:
Grafana is showing the Rapid Shutdown switch as on/off but on-site the rotary switch is off/on.
Wires connecting to the rotary switch from the inside of the inverter may be loose/disconnected.
Possible RSID engaged on-site.
Troubleshooting Steps:
Open Grafana.
Select the inverter dropdown.
Find the TRM FuSa Self Clearing fault Matrix.
If showing RSID engaged and/or RSID fault, the RSID is either engaged or wired incorrectly.
Gently wiggle the wires inside the inverter connecting to the rotary switch. If you hear any clicks while wiggling, this is the problem.
