What is the failure behind the fault?

The Inverter can sometimes be stuck in Bootloader after a FW update.

Check Grafana to see if the Can Device Status panel is showing any active bootloaders. Open the Grafana site view and navigate to the Inverter section. Any devices stuck in bootloader will show with the BOOTLOADER_ACTIVE signal.

Reach out to T2 TSE team or T3. They will use the BootCommander tool to recover the Inverter.
