- Firmware update fails when initiated from the Installer App.

1. Installer disconnects from job, force close app, then relaunch app and reconnect to job.
2. Try FW update through app once again.

Double check the LV wiring between the BRG/MSAC and INV.

1. The BRG/MSAC is the first component updated during the FW update so incorrect or backwards wiring can cause the update to fail.
2. Check both sides of the LV wiring to ensure they match.

1. Can always click submit job in the app — then we'll have access to OTA update.
2. Get installer to leave the system in STANDBY with rotary switch on.
3. We then try update remotely with using Gridshare.
4. T3 can push an OTA update.
