6.3 TRM Not Communicating

Symptoms:

  • The TRM is not communicating.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Check for LEDs.

    • If No LEDs: Check for grid power.

    • If LEDs are Present:

      1. Attempt power cycle (see article 99.1 Power Cycle Lunar Inverter).

      2. Push a FW update.

      3. Reset the TRM (see article 99.6 How to Reset the TRM through Gridshare).

  2. Measure 13V to GND at the INV LV terminals (see article 6.11 Checking 13V to Signal GND at the INV).
