Symptoms:
The Inverter Process Controller (IPC) is not communicating.
Requirement: The IPC requires the inverter breaker to be ON to have power.
Potential Causes:
A firmware update failure / stuck in bootloader.
A hardware / electrical failure of the inverter.
Physical damage to the home controller to inverter wire harness inside the inverter wiring enclosure.
Troubleshooting Steps:
Check for recent firmware updates and try force_all updating the firmware.
Measure 13V to GND at the INV LV terminals (see article 6.11 Checking 13V to Signal GND at the INV).
