Symptoms:
Installer has the Rogowski Coils installed correctly but is failing the metering test.
Troubleshooting Steps:
Have the installer skip the metering configuration test for now.
Leave all home load breakers on.
Turn the rotary switch ON.
Go to Operating Settings and select Pre-PTO backup and click on Save (this is a default setting but installer still needs to select save to move forward).
Go to the PCS Settings and select Export Only and click on Save.
Installer can then rerun the Meter test and it should pass.
If the test still fails, try turning off all non-backup loads and rerunning the test. These would be loads upstream of the Bridge.
Note for Sunrun only - due to their strict job review process, the installer may fail their job review if the PCS settings differ from what is called out in their work order. After passing the metering configuration test, try to remind the installer to set the PCS settings as per their work order.
