Lunar Energy, Inc. ("Lunar Energy") offers a Labor Reimbursement Program to help Lunar certified Installers offset a portion of the service and labor costs related to replacing a defective Lunar Eligible Product. The program covers labor for 5 years from the date of initial installation and is subject to the terms of Lunar's limited warranty then in effect. All amounts are in U.S. Dollars.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for reimbursement, all of the following conditions must be met:
Lunar Energy remotely diagnosed the failed Eligible Product and issued an RMA Authorization Code to the Installer before proceeding with the Eligible Product Warranty Replacement. (In some cases, an automated RMA Authorization Code may be generated by the Lunar app or systems — a remote diagnosis is not required in those instances.)
The defective Eligible Product was removed and replaced under the Eligible Product Warranty Replacement within the limited warranty period.
The Lunar Eligible Products have been made available for collection by Lunar within 30 days of completing the Eligible Product Warranty Replacement, in accordance with the Lunar Energy RMA process.
A claim for reimbursement has been submitted within 90 days of completing the Eligible Product Warranty Replacement, along with the required photos.
Labor Reimbursement Process
Request a remote diagnosis from Lunar Energy for the Eligible Product(s) in question, unless an RMA Authorization Code has been auto-approved. Contact the Lunar Installer Support team by phone, email, or live chat. Contact details are available in the Lunar Installer App.
Provide Lunar Energy with all required information to complete a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Obtain an RMA Authorization Code and submit the required information using the Lunar RMA Form.
Complete the Eligible Product Warranty Replacement at the site. Package the item per Lunar Energy's RMA packaging instructions. Affix a Lunar RMA sticker to the packaging and clearly write the RMA Authorization Code on the sticker using a permanent marker. Return the defective Eligible Products using the return label on the RMA shipping packaging.
Submit the labor reimbursement application within 90 days of completing the Eligible Product Warranty Replacement.
Lunar will attempt to issue payment within 60 days of either a successful labor reimbursement application or receipt of the Eligible Product(s), whichever occurs later.
Site Visit Rates

Include the following for each Eligible Product:
Lunar RMA number (e.g. RMA-123)
Lunar part, revision, and serial number of Eligible Product (e.g. 10-002230:R04S:SIE242600781)
Contact name, company name, contact email, and contact telephone number
Before photos (of item in situ before being swapped) — must be clear, showing surrounding environment and close-up shots
Description of what is assumed to have led to the RMA
Itemized claim based on the table of rates above
Lunar Energy reserves the right to amend this Labor Reimbursement Program at any time with at least 30 days notice.
