4.7 Reset Maximizer in Gridshare

Be sure to get the unique MAC addresses for the problem maximizers from the installer!

  1. Input the HCID into Grafana on the top left box and hit enter. Ensure you are on the correct HCID and not viewing multiple HC SNs.

  2. Click the System info and links tab at the top.

  3. Click on the link that says Lunar_hc-SIEXXX-inv-SIEXXX. This will take you to the Gridshare page for this specific inverter.

  4. Click on the "Go to site" link in the blue tab to view all devices.

  5. Click on the Devices tab.

  6. Find the Maximizers you want to reset on the list. Make sure it says 'Lunar Maximizer'. The MAC address can be found in the column directly to the left.

  7. Click on the Maximizer you want to reset.

  8. Double check that it is the proper serial number for the Maximizer you want to reset. Then click "Remote Actions".

  9. Click the dropdown and select "Reset PV Maximizer" then click "Submit Action".
